Wohnungsbot Hamburg continuously scans the major property platforms for new rental listings and notifies you in real time as soon as a listing matches your search criteria – faster than the platforms do themselves.
Instead of searching every portal yourself every hour, you receive 99% of all new apartments automatically as a push notification on your smartphone – either via our app (Android & iOS) or via Telegram. That way you can react faster than the competition.
Currently only rental listings are supported. The bot automatically filters out irrelevant listings such as shared-room offers, sublets and apartment swaps.
The Wohnungsbot searches for new listings at a randomly chosen interval of between 5 and a maximum of 20 seconds – around the clock.
The platforms' own apps have internal review processes and update intervals that delay notifications. The Wohnungsbot scans several platforms simultaneously and directly – without these delays.
You can choose between two options: download our app for Android or iOS, or connect a free Telegram account using the Telegram app. Setup takes less than 2 minutes.
Yes – you can individually set district, maximum rent, minimum number of rooms, minimum size in m² and your preferred property platforms.
No. The bot only sends you notifications; applications are made manually by you. Automatic applications would not be justifiable under data protection law.
After the 7-day free trial ends, use costs a one-time fee of €29.90. This gives you permanent, unlimited access – no subscription, no monthly fees.
Yes, you can pause notifications at any time via your user account and reactivate them later.
Currently the Wohnungsbot is only available for apartment searches in Hamburg.
Yes. We don't store sensitive personal data and don't share your information with third parties. Data communication is SSL-encrypted. As our payment provider we use Stripe, which meets the highest security standards.
